1. About the operator
The hotel-recif.ro website and Hotel Recif Neptun are operated by AMHOTECH SOFTWARE S.R.L., registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Str. Petre S. Aurelian nr. 62, Parcela N, Lot 9, Camera 1, Romania, J2022021395404, VAT no. RO47079907 (“we”, “the company”). Hotel location: Aleea Plopilor, Neptun, Constanța County, Romania. 2. Use of the website
The website provides information and allows you to book accommodation and meal services at Hotel Recif Neptun. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its operation or the transactions made through it. Bookings may only be made by persons with full legal capacity.
3. Information, photos and prices
We make every effort to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. Photos are for illustration, and facilities, menus, drink brands and the entertainment programme may change depending on the season and supplier availability. Prices and offers shown are valid subject to availability and under the conditions stated for each offer. Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON). We are not liable for obvious technical, typographical or pricing errors; in such cases, we will contact you to clarify your booking.
4. Bookings
Bookings can be made online through the booking engine on the website (provided by 4booking / Multisoft), by phone or by email. A booking becomes firm once we confirm it and, where applicable, once the deposit or the requested amount has been paid. The specific conditions (deposit, payment deadline, cancellation options) are those shown for the chosen rate or offer and those stated in the booking confirmation.
5. Payment methods
Services can be paid online through the booking engine (by bank card, via the associated payment processor), by bank transfer, with Romanian holiday vouchers/cards or at the hotel reception, depending on the conditions of the chosen rate. Card details are processed exclusively by the payment processor and are not stored by us.
6. Cancellation and changes
- Cancelling or changing a booking is subject to the cancellation conditions of the chosen rate or offer.
- Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or changed without a penalty of 100% of the value of the services booked.
- Services paid with holiday vouchers or cards cannot be cancelled or refunded in cash.
- Accommodation and meal services cannot be refunded once used.
7. Provision of services
- Accommodation and meal services are provided on the dates and under the conditions confirmed in the booking.
- Check-in: from 5 pm. Check-out: by 12 noon. Subject to availability, check-in may be possible from 3 pm. Early check-in or late check-out outside these hours is charged extra and only possible when available.
- The resort tax is not included in the rate and is paid at reception.
- At check-in we ask for an identity document for every guest, as required by Romanian guest registration law.
- Guests are asked to follow the hotel’s house rules, displayed at reception.
8. Intellectual property
The content of the website — texts, photos, videos, logos, graphics — belongs to the company or is used with the rights holders’ permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished or distributed without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Links to other websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites (for example social networks, the booking engine, maps). We are not responsible for the content or policies of these websites, which may use their own cookies.
10. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, technical errors or temporary unavailability of the website or of third-party services integrated into it (for example the booking engine or the payment processor).

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
If anything is not right, please contact us first at recif@avenuehotels.ro or on +40 21 555 25 60 — we do our best to resolve every situation amicably. You may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL). These terms are governed by Romanian law, and any disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when necessary. The version in force is the one published on this page. For bookings already confirmed, the conditions valid at the time of confirmation apply.
