This page explains what cookies are, which types we use on the Hotel Recif Neptun website and how you can change your choice at any time.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that your browser saves on your device when you visit a website. They help the website work properly, remember your preferences and, with your consent, show us how the website is used.
Which cookies we use
1. Necessary cookies (always on)
- Your cookie choice – we remember whether you accepted or refused cookies, so we don’t ask you on every visit (local storage “recif_consent”, 12 months).
- Online booking engine – the booking form is provided by 4booking (Multisoft) and may use technical cookies needed for searching and completing your booking.
- Security and operation – technical cookies of the WordPress platform.
2. Statistics cookies (only with your consent)
They help us understand, in aggregate, how many visitors we have and which pages are useful, through Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (for example the _ga and _ga_* cookies).
3. Marketing cookies (only with your consent)
They allow us to show you relevant offers on Facebook, Instagram and Google and to measure how well our campaigns work (for example Meta Pixel – _fbp, Google Ads).
How to change your choice
You can change your preferences at any time using the Cookie settings link, also found in the footer of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some features of the website (for example online booking) may then stop working properly.
